1. What services does VITAL Consulting offer?

Answer: VITAL Consulting offers a full suite of HR services, including customized workshops, 360-degree assessments, and Emotional Intelligence (EIQ) assessments, along with additional consultation hours as needed. My tailored solutions address a variety of critical areas, such as leadership development, team-building, compliance, policy updates, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational change. 

2. How do I book a workshop or assessment?

Answer: You can schedule workshops, assessments, or consultation hours by reaching out through our Contact page. If you're a current client, these services can also be seamlessly added to any retainer package. We'll collaborate with you to arrange and customize the services to suit your specific needs.

3. What is included in the retainer packages?

Answer: Our retainer packages provide tailored HR support at different levels. The HR Foundations package covers core HR services, the Comprehensive HR includes strategic planning and advanced support, while the Strategic HR Retainer offers comprehensive, high-touch service with ad-hoc availability for urgent needs. 4. How do the additional services like workshops and assessments fit into the retainer packages?

Answer: VITAL Consulting offers a comprehensive range of HR services, including customized workshops, 360 assessments, Emotional Intelligence (EIQ) assessments, and additional consultation hours. I provide tailored solutions in key areas such as leadership development, team-building, compliance, policy updates, succession planning, and organizational change. 

5. What are the payment terms for your services?

Answer: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, which will be sent at the start of each billing cycle. For retainer clients, payments are made monthly in advance. Project-based work require a deposit, payment upon milestone completion with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Workshops and training sessions must be paid in full prior to the scheduled date. I accept payments via credit/debit card with a 2.9% fee. Zelle payments with no fee. Specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

6. Can I modify my retainer package if my needs change?

Answer: Yes, you can adjust your retainer package to better suit your evolving needs. We offer flexibility to upgrade or downgrade packages as required. Please contact support@myvitalconsulting.com to discuss any changes you wish to make.
